| Hi, my name is Michael Illings, I am 15 years old and I live in Toowoomba. My main interest is Downhill Mountain bike riding, although I also compete in some Cross Country Races. I am a memeber of the Toowoomba Team and we travel to the Gold Coast to compete in the 6 hour Cross Country Races. Although I love to ride, I need to know my bikes. I have a good selection of tools and I repair and build my own bikes. I also like to help my mates, who are also top Downhill Riders, with their repairs. In this trade I have a large amount of maintenance and I wear out parts continually. I currently hold the trophy for 2nd place overall under 17's in Downhill Racing for Queensand. With the help of generous businesses such as Ferdinando's Gourmet Pizza sponsoring me, I hope to be 1st place in all of my up and coming races.
